Jordan walked me through every step on how to demand the policy limits from her insurance company as he didnt feel it would benefit me to retain him at the time. When the other partys insurance company only offered me $3k, it became a bad faith claim and thats when Jordan stepped in and I retained him. He was able to sue for above the policy limits and ended up getting me 5 times the policy limit.
