I restated my Living Trust with Lauren five years after drafting the original, and I found her to be both meticulous and patient in ensuring all my assets were properly incorporated. She was always available to answer my questions and provided thoughtful guidance throughout the process. One instance that stood out was when Lauren carefully reviewed the beneficiary designations on my non-retirement accounts. At first, I was surprised by her request for details, but I soon realized I had overlooked adding the Trust as a beneficiary to a bank CD I had opened after the original Living Trust was created. Her thorough approach not only caught this oversight but also reinforced the importance of maintaining consistency in estate planning. We were very pleased with Laurens thoroughness throughout the process and for making the whole topic understandable for a lay-person. She is very organized and communicates regularly and clearly.
