Paul L. Since you are reading this, you should HIRE NICOLAS W. REED as your attorney! I had 2 hit and run incidents 13 months apart. My chiropractor recommended Nick, and I am eternally thankful he did. I wanted to negotiate the cases myself, but after talking to Him, I realized he would be my best option! Especially when he told me he never receives more than I would from each settlement. (So many lawyers charge too much for their expenses & receive more than the client!) I have not regretted that decision. One case was resolved within 4 months, but the other case would take a total of 10 years before it was finished because there were multiple insurance companies.
