Matthew Weisner personifies this ideal. We interacted with him dozens of times in preparation for our case. The information he provided us in written correspondence, online links and telephone discussions was always succinct, well organized and completely on target. His knowledge of the law is impressive and his understanding of the process as well as the individuals involved is amazing. When we had the interview with our officer, Matthew was there with us and made sure the interactions were smooth and productive. He knew the officer that interviewed us and it helped to make the entire exchange very comfortable. We learned over this time that Mr Weisner is extremely busy. But we never would have known it from the way he interacted with us. He answered all of our phone calls and emails promptly. Our case seemed very daunting when we filled out our first application. But the original time line for completion shrank as we started moving through the process, and Matt guided us every step of the way with advisory information and detailed explanations on how to handle obstacles and concerns. It was almost exactly 6 months from start to finish, and we ended up with the exact outcome we had hoped for. Matthew Weisner played a significant role in making this difficult challenge manageable and because of the confidence he instilled in us with his professional competence, it was actually rather enjoyable.

My case was mainly a osteoarthritis case, one of the tougher types to win. He helped me develop strategy, including using an outside therapists report, to help me win.
