5 /5 Katie Kubicek: At first I started out with H. Moran, which not only was he understanding, but very adamant and thorough with my case. Due to circumstances, my case ended up in the hands of Charrisse Smith. With little time until the hearing Ms. Smith had to read my case, she nailed it out of the ball park. My case was a request for modification of visitation from the other party, whom after 14 years decided to take me to court. Prior to this, there was an RO from 2012 that the person solely relied on for his defense. When the judge stated "the RO was justified," and 14 years of no relationship with our shared child has gone by, Ms. Smith made the request to the judge that at the discretion of my child, were she to have any relationship with her father when she is ready by attending therapeutic counseling (mind you, my child is 16 years old). How understanding Ms. Smith was with my response to the orders, made me feel at ease knowing the other party would not get far with his defense or with the request of his visitation. Overall, I am happy with the judgement and for anybody looking for a team of dedicated, understanding, knowledgeable, and qualified attorneys, please look into Envision Family Law.
