5 /5 Daniel Hughes: We love banking at the Kings Federal Credit Union. Especially friendly with HOA reserve accounts and CDs. Ashley and Janet were so helpful and made the transferring of funds so fast and easy!

1 /5 Ellice Blevins: They sent me the wrong Certificate of Title for my car. They did not apologize and said they would not submit the paperwork to get the correct title for my paid off car until I handed over the wrong title (my car also but not paid off that I continue to make payments on although I am holding the title) and wait 2-3 weeks! If they would have been apologetic and more professional about their huge mistake this could have been solved quickly. It really is about customer service.

2 /5 Sheila Parker: I had the bank in early 90s and someone took money out of my account and they had no number to call and report it, then I went inside and they compared the signatures and said it was the same as the person that took my money. She stole my purse with my money and check. I got nothing back cause the bank and police didnt believe me. I changed banks.
