5 /5 Vern C: I have been doing business with Key City for awhile, each time I visit all associates they have all been VERY understanding, and VERY helpful. Some times I feel like a pest, but they are STILL very understanding and very helpful. I first started back in the late eighties, prior to Key City taking over the operations, and since then it has only gotten better, I do not like changes, but in some cases, they can change for the better. Jared, Joanna and Jaime have all been great to work with along with the other associates working the front desk. Will be looking forward to a long and doing business with them for years to come. They have always made suggestions in how to save money but still get the most for what you need.

Never had to wait for them to get back to me. I was treated more than just a customer. Very patient with me to make sure I was happy and explained my deductible and the difference between going with each one.. thank you for all their time . Highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for insurance. I saved 100s of dollars going with key city insurance. Thank you!!!!

1 /5 Jason Samp: Key City is trying to force me to get a roof replacement and will not even attempt to reason or work with me on it. I have had to pay for a roof certification for two years in a row to keep them off my back. This year they wouldnt accept another roof cert. I had two roofing companies come out to give me a quote on a new roof. They BOTH looked at me like I was crazy. One of them literally asked, "Do you just want to change the color? This roof looks fairly new." That because it is fairly new. I tried to ask them to send someone else out to inspect it or at least tell me why it needed to be replaced. They refused to do so and refused to listen to the PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS.
