2 /5 Scott Bu: If you want a professional, kind, and responsive attorney I would keep looking. I just got off the phone with a representative who was mad he had to call me to answer questions I had about my case. He would not let me speak and was extremely rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but the experience leading up to the call was just as disappointing. I have been trying to reach the team for months now to get answers about my case. I was mislead in my initial interview about the case being handled to the end. I was told by Mr Kersey that after the charges were finalized they would be able to help me with my wrongful imprisonment and battery case. They can not. Not sure why he would say he could do something if they dont. Calling back a client to answer questions should not be met with so much aggression. Not everyone is familiar with the court system, that is why we hire an attorney. For this office to be so put off about following up and answering questions about a case makes me never want to work with them again. I definitely do not recommend their services after the phone call I just experienced. Please do better.

He didn’t explain things clearly, didn’t keep me updated, and it felt like he didn’t care about my case at all. I don’t believe he deserves the five-star reviews others have given. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for real legal help Your reply is not only misleading — it’s completely false. This has nothing to do with “not discussing case details publicly.” The issue was your complete lack of professionalism, communication, and care. You ignored calls, showed no effort, and treated my son’s serious case like it didn’t matter. Your so-called commitment to high-level service was nowhere to be found. I will not stay silent while you try to cover up poor performance with generic excuses. Future clients deserve honesty — not damage control.

1 /5 Soundos Abbas: This lawyer was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. He completely failed my son in a serious criminal case. He never returned our calls, never communicated clearly, and made no real effort to understand or fight the case. It was obvious he didn’t care and was just doing the bare minimum. His staff was rude, disorganized, and just as unprofessional. We felt abandoned during one of the most difficult times of our lives. I strongly do NOT recommend him to anyone looking for real legal defense. He does not deserve five stars — not even one.
