4 /5 David Egan: Well, where to begin .. already I am biased. Agreed ,as was I the Plaintiff in Egregious Civil Rights Violations perpetrated upon Myself via D.N.S.D. In esence their employer County of Del Norte I sued ,Rightfully so. Knowing an Uphill Battle awaited ,yet Staunch Belief in Our Legal System in the U.S. of A and My God Given Civil Rights fully Intact , Could I Never have Imagined a CA State BAR licensed attorney John Vrieze would Flat Out lie and fabricate ,including galavanting about in a cavalier fashion ,impersonating a Federal Private investigator on behalf of myself to All My neighbors and proximity!. Basically Altering text in numerous declarations, lying to Judges and My Attorney Brian Claypool. After doing so ,My Case went from a " discussion with a Judge in Sacramento and Settlement " to Claypool abandoning My Case and Dismissal. Much of My Case on PACER was altered by this Firms attorney John Vrieze. Complaints levied against He and Performance on Judicial Performance and CA State BAR. Nothing happens. I learned that our System of Justice is Lost when a Sitting BAR licensed attorney receives zero reprimand for His Criminal Acts under License and Oath. Also, other attorneys I counseled with were Completely in Denial ,although I had physical Proof of John Vrieze Larceny. I do believe cognasent dissonance played into, as this Dark little Corner of CA State has been getting away with this type of malfeasance for decades. Lastly, was I assured at minimum a Nominal Monetary Win , a Symbolic and or . Affirmative Rights Victory ,prevailing if Only in Ethil Solace. Denied, when Claypool Abandoned with no explanation . Only clue was an Egregious batch of lies in an email sent to He from Vrieze in regards to a fictitious event. Again, I have in My possession this physical evidence , which would have had absolutely No influence on my Nominal monetary Win, enabling numerous future opportunities in the Case. My first Attorneys gray & prouty assured myself the case would settle in Favor ,within 30 days , only to receive an email from Lyle Solomon claiming Vrieze had conveyed to He that I was a career criminal and Solomon literally abandoned my case ignoring the Judges Order to leave and ammend. In stead , on Vriezes lies ,he abandoned My Case letting it fall into dismissal ..!

1 /5 Felicia Y.: I called and spoke to a woman on the phone who was very rude, I do not remember her know but Id doubt she was an attorney. I was recommended to contact this office from another attorney. I kindly asked this woman what their rates were after introducing her my business plan -she rudely pushed that question away. Sure, I understand that rates can be confidential and can vary based on what the project entails. This was my first time calling the office and I had high hopes from reading the reviews. On their website it states they specialize with business planning so I thought they would be a great fit. I got a call the following day from the same woman, she stated their attorney spoke to me a few months ago and said they could not assist me. I told her this was my first time calling since I just started this new business idea last week. I told her it was strange, because I had never called before and she rudely told me "yes you did, I have all your information in the system from last time, good luck with your search". That was very rude of her and that is not how you treat interested clients. I kindly asked if she would recommend anyone in the area and she said "no". A flat out "no". I hope this office realizes the unwelcoming attitude this woman has and I hope she can provide better customer service in the future.
