Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do something a little different (even if you don’t know what yet!)… this team will take the time and dedication to get you to a final product you will love.

Mike Liu Note the location is wrong - Pandora is located next to the Apple Store on Kestrel Falls not by PF Chang’s like google maps says. I came on a Friday night and they were busy. There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. With her help I ended up getting a beautiful Xmas gift.

We were getting a ring resized (yes they have all the equipment needed to do this) but that was just the beginning of the full array of services they offer. Trina DiNapoli I just returned home after having such a wonderful experience at Ideal Jewelry..the owner and young woman working couldnt have been kinder or more helpful..I bought a Timex watch with expandable band and tried to make the band smaller by watching a youtube video.Long story short , I had heard about Ideal and went right down and within 20min. my band was fixed and the charge was so minimal..I highly recomend Ideal Jewelry especially since its family owned..Thank you so much for your kindness..I will be back.
