Sierra Wildman Christy has now done 3 permanent bracelets on me! She has the best selection and I love that I can find her on a regular basis at her studio. I had a medical procedure and had to remove my first 2 bracelets and she was happy to re-weld them for me! She even let me know when she had the super cute camera charm in stock because she knew I wanted one! My daughter got an anklet that she loves as well! She is honestly the best and so much fun to chat with!

Bryan Barnes My wife and I have been going to this pawn shop for years! They have always given us the most money as possible for items, they once bought items from another pawn shop and took over the loan during a hard time, given extensions, they are all incredible! But most recently they did something I cannot believe- a misunderstanding about a jewelry repair “quote” turned into a repair accidentally, instead of charging us —— THEY COVERED ALL OF IT “on the house” !!!!!!!!! My wife’s ring hasn’t looked like this since the day she got it ! So blown away with how amazing JUM-PAWN-IT is … HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!! If I could give 500 stars I would! They Have created a beautiful very difficult piece of 14k gold cross which I went all over the bay trying to get it remade for me, and it came out to be very nice shiny stones in the cross which ment soo much to me having it created from scratch. They do Custom jewelery any way you like it! Excellent staff! Marvelous store! Huge variety of selections from earrings, gold, silver, diamonds, rings, hoops, you name it. Authentic Mexican jewelery . My favorite made in Italy jewelery they vary too!!

Debbie Chou We found a ring design online that we really liked, but it wasn’t available in platinum. Design Jewelers was able to make custom rings in platinum for us — and we love the result! They were also able to accommodate our timeline and finished the rings in just one week, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for others making custom rings: provide as many details as possible up front. We had envisioned a mirror-polished finish, but the reference we sent actually had a matte look. Our rings were made with a matte finish initially, but when we realized the mismatch, Design Jewelers kindly polished them for us at no extra charge (even with engravings inside the rings) — and we were able to pick them up the very next day! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for custom wedding rings!
