I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan. Hannah Grace Alyssa went above and beyond to help me even after I had left the location. She resolved my issue and called me to let me know after I had left. I couldn’t believe it, as I have never had such a great customer service experience before. She persisted in helping me after many times of telling her that it was fine.
