1 /5 Mike B: Beware of this company. They promise to help be the savior of your home ownership problems but their really not. We did a loan modification with them and 7 years later, when trying to sale our home we discover that the lender that we did the modification on attached a lien to our property for the balance we owed. Sure, they can get your payments lowered BUT just know you will still be responsible for the balance of the unpaid amount should you decide to sale your property in the future!! Make sure you read your loan docs very carefully because he will not tell you this. Just remember, they may be ok you short term but in the long run you end up ruining your credit and still end up having to pay the balance later on in Life.
