Not only did Mr. Laughton provide clear explanations to our questions but also helped familiarize us with other options that could protect our interests. After initial visits and followup discussions, my wife and I, had a living trust providing us complete peace of mind. Additionally, the process to notarize was made simple with the help of Holly, the Services Manager, who provided notary services right in the office. The Director of First Impressions, Alice, was an absolute pleasure and the first person you meet when arriving. John and the entire staff are extremely down to earth, professional and friendly. We were even introduced to Hank, the team’s loving office dog.
