She was very pleasant and patience with me while going through the process of receiving my funds that I needed for an urgent matter. I truly appreciate her customer service.

Marvin Price My earlier review was deleted. This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.

They always made me feel like I had their full and complete attention. Their self confidence and guidance has meant so much to me. Every question I asked big or small, was answered efficiently.
