Jeff Hinman Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.

It is rare to get to a person so quickly that handles your needs from start to finish and with such efficiency too. Within hours I had an estimate of insurance coverage and after I reviewed the estimate I called Javier the next day to go over a few details. He called me back within the hour, answered my questions and then was available just as quickly for my lender to confirm that the coverage was in place when they called him. I am very happy with Javier and the service I received from Western Mutual Insurance Group.
