When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all. When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. I was able to conveniently submit all necessary documents online, and I received the claims check in a timely manner. Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers.
