Courtney Gray I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided. mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!
