Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Alan Miranda Julie is a good agent just as I am a good customer she never hears from I pay my premium on time and never file a claim but then the problem begins when I need something I emailed Julie back towards the end of last year to ask a question never heard back then early January I sent her an email because I had an issue I needed to discuss with her never received a response is Julie still my agent? I use to receive a birthday card and Christmas card nothing anymore, I am billed every six months for my Renters Insurance when I received my bill the statement that I could pay three months so I did OMG I received a phone call from Julie’s office along with an email stating I was late how could I be late if I was offered to pay my bill that way and I was still within my six months of renewal but my lesson I learned is that if I want to hear from my agent just don’t pay my bill. I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was sixteen years old and I am sixty six years old now I think I have had one accident claim and one jewelry claim I deserve better treatment I will be leaving to another agent.

Tom Lau I wanted someone who could explain questions about Insurance along with why there is such a difference in price between different providers. I did not want to call an Insurance provider only to reach a computer answering machine or an answering service that promises to have someone return my call. Finally, I have found Dwight responsive and the Insurance quoted prices are competitive. I have my Homeowner, Auto, Umbrella Policy, Personal Property, Medicare Supplement, and my wife’s Personal Property policies with Dwight. This provides me a discount as I have multiple policies with Dwight. He is worth considering.
