John Starrett I have been exceedingly unsatisfied with the "services" offered from Dinan and Associates. On many occasions they have failed to communicate the matters of my case with me. My repeated attempts to contact their office always must first be funneled through their answering service. While the answering service personnel are polite and professional, it often takes as long as 10 minutes just to get the offices voicemail box. As far as the law firm itself goes, they never call me to communicate whats even going on. For a service Im paying $100/hour for I would expect, at minimum, a courtesy call from time to time. In the end, being entirely off put by poor office management, I ended up requesting a full refund of my retainer. Of course, I have been promised said refund would be posted by a certain day, it has failed to be delivered as stated. This office is great at telling you exactly what you want to hear, and fail to deliver an anything at all. If your attorney shopping, I advice you pass this one over and find more reputable and respected legal representation.

Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.

Nick M Dale was my attorney and was great. Dale was able to do everything including litigate my ugly divorce that went to trial and we did very well. My ex hired a firm that was incredibly expensive and theres me and Dale vs firm and we crushed it. I was an emotional wreck and scared because men are NOT favorable in this country regarding divorce laws. Women use this law for scandalous behavior and Dale was instrumental at making justice equal in my case. It was glorious after the trial that me ex who I tried everything to NOT go to trial, said to me "I just cant win with this divorce." It was no game and thank God I had Dale. 1000% recommend.

m s David DePape was unable to advance an insanity defense, which was publicly announced by counsel. And he could not be dissuaded from testifying, which was peculiar. And then got sentenced to life without parole in a case where no one died. Yikes! Was this part of an intentional effort to lay out grounds for a future appeal based on ineffectual counsel? Not sure. But this was a wild defense and even wilder sentence. This one would haunt me.
