1 /5 Kristen Elgen: I was told that “…one of you is going to have to be dead in order to get a divorce.” After spending over $11,000.00 this is what I was told. He also signed me up for an increasing amount of money to be paid every month - home mortgage, insurance and property taxes - the latter two raising every year. Very poor representation.

I came to Mr. Morse as an emotional, defeated mother just trying to protect her children. Mr. Morse had me in tears more than once in the beginning but as time went on I realized he was helping me see clearly. I am now a strong mother that is not intimidated or bullied into anything. A large part of that is because I know Mr. Morse is there to support me. He is very honestly, realistic and cares. He understands the courts and If something is not going to work he will not let you waste your time. He has shown me it’s a process. A long process but keep fighting. Neils understanding of the law, as it pertained to my case, far surpassed all of my expectations. He, and the staff, took the time to fulfill explain everything pertaining to my case.
