5 /5 Tracy Bishop: Hyatt McIntire & Associates has been a huge help to our family. Paula helped us years ago to create our trust. We have since updated it with Mindi. It’s not easy to think about preparing for when we are gone. It’s a task that no one wants to discuss or do. The people in this office are very understanding, compassionate and helpful throughout the process. They were also extremely helpful after the passing of my parents. When I needed help executing their trust, Mindi and the rest of the staff was a tremendous help. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their help. We are forever grateful for Hyatt McIntire & Associates for their dedication to helping our families plan for the future.

5 /5 Michael K: For several months, I was having an issue with a bank about a PoA for my mom that was done by mobile notary. The bank was playing games and not telling me what the issue was with the PoA. My last resort was to hire an attorney and my brother and I met Amanda for the first time in June of 2024. Amanda communicated with the banks corporate HQ and found out what was wrong with the original PoA. Amanda made a new PoA and that gave Amanda to force the bank to accept thew new PoA and they did. Amanda and the whole staff at Hyatt McIntire & Associates are very wonderful, compassionate, and caring. My family and I would like to thank everyone at Hyatt McIntire & Associates for everything they did for my mom and I. I highly recommend them for any probate and estate planning/matters especially when it comes to needing a Power of Attorney.

5 /5 MDSinCA: There are lots of local attorneys and online options to choose from when one is estate planning. For some people, a fill in the blank online document or generic legal advice would work, but our elderly family member needed advice and help with an existing trust so we decided an in person consultation with a more knowledgeable firm was needed. Hyatt-McIntire & Associates was recommended to us and we’re very glad we chose them. From first contact to the document signing, Judy and Amanda at Hyatt-McIntire were very professional and gave us great advice. The family met with Amanda and our family member explained their wishes to her. Amanda explained the different avenues that would work including the possible consequences of each choice. Throughout the meeting, Amanda made it clear that our elderly family member was her client, which was truly appreciated, especially when it came time to sign the prepared documents. On the day documents were signed, Amanda took time to speak separately with our family member, with a close friend, and finally with the entire family and notary. In addition to the requested changes, there were updates made to the trust documents to better serve our family member’s current and future needs. The entire process was easy, explained well, and suited our family member perfectly. I highly recommend Hyatt-McIntire & Associates.
