5 /5 Jennifer Kirkland: Ive been using H&R Block as long as Ive filed taxes, and Ill never use any other method of filing. The people at this location have always been amazing and super helpful, and I love that I know that any issue I have can be taken straight to them and handled for me!

1 /5 Toni Peduzi: DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO YOUR TAXES!! There 3 different occasions that my information was input wrong into the system. Literally couldn’t get a manager to call me back. Then they said I would be getting $4,000 back but because they entered the the info wrong I only got $1000 and literally will not return a call.

1 /5 esesmmee: Dont go to this place. We did our taxes 2 years ago and we had a problem with insurance we didnt get our refund until may and we filed in January!! We thought it might of been IRS so we went back this year and same thing happened again!! So frustrating!! We filed in feburary and we still havent recieved our refund and its almost july! Plus the IRS told us they didnt receive any paper from H&R!! Plus heads up when go you in to file they treat you so nicely but after you do them and you need help from them they can care less! Go somewhere else to file because you will be waiting months before you even get your money.
