1 /5 Lisseth Medina: The customer service was good... but the price I got charged to file my taxes was ridiculous. I am a single mother, I live paycheck to paycheck. I rent a room, I am not a home owner yet they charged me almost $400 to file my taxes.. it was my first time filing my taxes without help. I had other friends with dependents get charged $130 to file them. Yes I am really upset about this because I could have used those extra $200 to buy diapers. Now I know where not to go to next time.

1 /5 Jamie N Nemecek: We paid to have our taxes done here. They double charged us for their fees. We called them for a refund when the error was found on our bank statement. We were told the manager was too busy to call us back! REALLY?! Too busy for her customers? I’m a grad student with a full time job and a baby at home. Don’t talk to me about too busy! How much time does it take to return a call and issue a reimbursement? Today, FOUR DAYS LATER, the double charged refund has not been resolved and the manager has not responded to our calls. Our bank account is now overdrawn. Now, this busy mom has to take time out of her day to walk into the office and remind them AGAIN of their mistake, face to face. How inconsiderate! Sincerely, your very frustrated and unsatisfied customer.

4 /5 Briana Hernandez: I like coming year and love my tax pro Yadira Jaramillo! But I don’t like how the app was giving me problems to submit my documents. This company promotes file online but then the application has issues? It was taking me in circles asking me same questions like 4 times I didnt understand why. But my tax pro helped me figure out another way to get my documents to her. I appreciate all her efforts and hard work. The prices are pretty expensive but I know the work done here is great and worth it.
