I also noticed she is well known in the courts by court staff, judges and DAs in Santa Clara county. 5 /5 Shane Rana: I have used Ginny Walia service many times. First time was for a criminal case when i had turned 18. She represented me after i was falsly accused by someone. The case was very complicated and because of that case i was facing deportation. After my consultation with her, i retrained her right away (i spoke with 3 other lawyers and they all told me there not much they can do for me) i was finally relieved. she was able to get my case dismissed. The DA was after me but Ginny didn,t give up and fought for me and eventually after 9 months of going back and forth the case was dismissed. Recently she represented me on my divorce case. She was amazing even on that case. She didnt waste my time and got to the point. Divorce case are devastating, stressful and costly but ginny made sure i was wasting my time and money. She got straight to the point. She fought for me and my rights to have my kids with me after losing custody of my kids with another attorney who misrepresented me and got shut down by another attorney(that attorney was just working for a pay check not for me). Because of Ginny i now have 52% custody of my kids and if i knew ahead of time she was doing divorce cases as well i would have hired her from the beginning. Her charges are better than most lawyers and she doesnt waste time and lets you know the key point about your case and what you have to do to. I must say GINNY WALIA IS A GREAT LAWYER that is very knowledgeable, determined, furious, professional and most importantly straight to the point. she represents her client like they should be represented. I have used her service 3 times (criminal, immigration and divorce) in my life and have always been very satisfied with her service/representation and definitely use her again. i would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good attorneys for their immigration, criminal or family law matters.

She kept me informed every step of the way and was open about her approach, with an end goal in mind. Ginny and her team were thorough in gathering information from all parties and had a clear strategy, at every twist and turn in representing me. I am so glad that I trusted her judgments and let it all work out. It was a difficult time for me and it would have been much more difficult, if I did not have Ginnys legal assistance.
