Renee Lowe I bought my new Hyundai Elantra N Line March 2023. A couple months in, the new vehicle had a hairline split around the drive mode area. Had that replaced, then rattling above the consult, right above the steering wheel. Every time I accelerated it would rattle and the dealership never figured it out. Then the radio went completely out and they had to replace the radio head after going back and forth. Hasn’t even been a year yet and I was having these issues. So I decided to reach out to a Lemon Law Lawyer. Not knowing how everything worked by getting in touch with Lemon Law Lawyer, I was grateful to learn I had a case. From beginning I spoke with Jessica to Brenda and they consistently kept me updated and aware of what would take place as far as going forward, signing documents and having documents notarized. If you win the case they get their fee from the corporation and I was able to turn my vehicle back in to the dealership and be done with it. It was a little process (I.e. gathering all documents and sending them over) However, Brenda and Jessica made it feel easy, effortless and smooth. They showed great compassion, professionalism and listened to what I had to say about the issues I was having with my vehicle. Update: Since returning the vehicle, I still have yet to receive my refund from Hyundai Corporation for over payment. I tried “several” times on my own calling Hyundai Finance Corporation to receive my refund to no avail. It supposed to be after the vehicle was paid off, I was to receive my refund. It will be 9 weeks tomorrow. The Corporation keeps saying it’s pending status on my refund.

Borderlands Roadkill After some disturbing news from my doctor I needed to get a will, durable power of attorney, and Advance Care Directive in place quickly. I called 7 or 8 legal firms locally to ask if they could help me with this quickly after explaining the situation. They were polite (mostly) but not interested or able due to work load. The best I got was a promise of a call back soon. I tried one more number, Law Offices of Mark Cohen and explained the situation to the polite receptionist Dona and she connected me to C. Lee Hewitt an attorney at law there and he said he had to be in court that afternoon but if I could come down he would help me work this through before he had to leave for the day. He was understanding, professional, knowable, kind, and genuinely concerned for me and my situation. We discussed and reviewed what was needed and he then made arrangements for he and staff to work through their lunches to draw up the documents, arrange for the notary and 3 witnesses and within 2 hours I was walking out with exactly the 3 documents I needed. I cannot recommend Lee enough.
