Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.

Shinmu Jiang I cant recommend Jean highly enough. Her deep expertise in real estate gave us clarity in an area that was entirely new to me, and she patiently walked us through every nuance of our situation. Yolanda Whiten Mr. Churchill supplied our family with patience, understanding and the very best legal advice. We had an extremely complex situation because a family member had neglected to have a Will prepared by an Attorney. It had to be unraveled while some in the family fought with others. He never allowed us to not feel positive! The end result was better for all thanks to his advice. We are very grateful to claim him as our Attorney!!
