They will explain the whole process to you from the beginning to the end, they know what their doing. "You dont need to look anywhere else"... Please find below my version of the process; DUI, ARE YOU AWARE First I want to say “I don’t condone drinking and driving” in any way… ~ Wait until the end ~ Let’s start here, you’re at a restaurant / birthday party / sports bar having an affair, with some friends / co-workers / a Date, you only drank two Micro Brews and its time to head for home… You pay the restaurant for your bar food and liquor tab…$$$ They made money off you… You get pulled over on the way home and escorted to jail…$$$ Remember the officer that pulled you over on the roadside is the “Judge, Jury and Executioner that your taxes paid for…$$$ You will pay the County, however now the money shifts from the private sector to the County… $$$ They made money off you… You may not have been aware of this issue; however, they take your tax dollars to pay for the “County’s District Attorney” and their minions to prosecute you…$$$ They make money off you… You hire a reputable “Attorney” …$$$ They make money off you… Now looking at this with a bird’s eye view, its crystal clear that you pay a “District Attorney” to Prosecute you, then you pay an Attorney to Defend you…$$$ They make money off you… Remember, when the smoke clears there’s only so much your attorney can do no matter how much money you have…$$$ You register for the “County Work Project” …$$$ They make money off you… You enroll in weeks of “DUI Education Safety” classes required by “DMV” …$$$ They make money off you… You need to drive your vehicle so under duress you jump through all the obnoxious hoops to get a restricted driver’s license and pay all the “Reissuance Fee’s” the “DMV” is drunk on issuing…$$$, however now the money shifts from the “County to the State”…$$$ They make money off you… You need to drive so you have an “IID Ignition Interlock Device” installed on your car…$$$ and then have it removed…$$$ They make money off you… You attend your court hearing and under duress you pay more fines the court issues…$$$ They make money off you… Understand that you will have two hearings, one for Superior Court and one for “DMV” … You pay the increase in your “Insurance Premium” for about three years … They make money off you… You now have a “DMV” record on behalf of a “DUI” for 10 years…$$$ They make money off you… and this will affect your life… ~ Could this scenario be considered a commodity…? ~
