Adriana Fernandez I‘ve been trying for 3 days to get a payoff for a customer I have yet to receive a call back from the person in charge Jesus Castro. They just keep giving me the run around on the phone when it seems pretty simple. So whats such a shame the games they seem to be playing Ill never understand why industries that rely on human interaction never invest in actually making that a pleasant experience. Bad business practice all I can say stay away.
