1 /5 Victoria Heffner: Brandy and the team were pleasant enough to your face, but lacked professionalism/knowledge behind the scenes and made multiple mistakes with my transaction. First, I was supposed to hold the rent back deposit per the contract, they wrote the paperwork up where they hold the money and told me “having us fix this will delay closing and you will need to re-sign documents with another notary.”Second, our mortgage company gave clear payment instructions for our cash back at closing. The team sent us a check made out to the wrong name TWICE! Brandy was on vacation during our deal, but somehow had her signature on the paper that came with our checks (odd??). (Brandy was on ALL emails about the issues we had with the checks and I personally reached out via email to discuss my issues with their error at closing and the process in general. I did not get any response! Any response to this review saying “sorry about your experience please reach out to discuss” or anything similar is fake)

5 /5 Carl Krugmeier: After contingencies were removed we had 5-6 days to complete and close escrow. We (the sellers) were 3 people with 2 of us living out of town. All communication including the final docs for signature were sent to us via our local notary. Everything was done on time and we closed on time. I highly recommend.
