Mademoiselle Chappell Carolyn at the Richmond Ca store is delightful. Everytime I go in for services, she is bright, upbeat, and always willing to help. She went out of her way to remind me that my previous card needed to be updated soon to a Flare account and we did it that day. I look forward to being helped by her each time I go in. Miriam Cisneros After I had a bad experience at a different Wells Fargo branch I decided to come in this branch and get my issue resolved, the other branch person was really rude and condescending told me I needed an appointment, my schedule is really tight so I could only do it that day, when I walked in I told them the situation and Zachary help me right away and got the issue resolved in about 5 minutes.
