It takes a year or so to settle into retirement and just when I thought I was getting there the IRS sent me a letter that I owed them taxes on commissions paid to the new buyer. To say I went down a rabbit hole would be putting it mildly. I spent over a year sending documentation, letters and making phone calls. Within a couple of weeks I had signed the paperwork stating zero taxes due as did the judge. It was over! Just the other day I received the last accounting of hours from John and a refund check of money not used. I have dealt with attorneys for business sales I have done. I have not known any so calm, so direct, factual and honest. I will refer John Faucher to anyone who needs him. I highly recommend him.
