5 /5 july 2014: Randall Kaiden is incredibly conscientious, unusually ethical, and does extremely thorough research before he engages in estate and elder law planning. He is also an innovative thinker and one of the only estate elder law attorneys in our community who truly understands public benefits. In my parents situation, his knowledge, patience and expertise was not only useful but critical because they are not US Citizens, but do receive Medicare, Medi-Cal and Supplemental Security Income through the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary program. Loss of those benefits would have been devastating for our family, but was exactly what we were facing. Thats because my brother passed away without a will or trust, leaving us in no-where-land. Mr. Kaiden was the only lawyer who understood how critical the loss of these benefits would have been for my parents, if not handled properly. Truly, the issues brought up by the untimely passing of my brother were plentiful and complicated. Thankfully though, Mr. Kaiden was there to save us.
