He has exceeded our expectations for all our insurance needs. Additionally, he is an active member of our community and schools. He coaches basketball at the local elementary school and supports the teachers there, as well. He recently donated classroom supplies and a set of quality encyclopedias to the 2nd graders I teach. 2 /5 Della Littwin: I had service with the previous owner of this office for 20 years. He was wonderful but sold the office when he retired. It has been a less than satisfactory change. When Mr Stroud discovered an error in my account he promised me a telephone call with an answer within 2 days. He emphasized this and repeated it 4 or 5 times. After a month I went back in to the office to ask about it. Mr Stroud was unavailable and the receptionist wrote a message. That was 2 weeks ago. Still getting " customer no service". I would definitely not recommend this office. I personally brought the previous owner several clients.
