1 /5 Miguel Zaragoza: Our experience with Raul Diaz as a Farmers Insurance agent was unfortunately disappointing, leading us to switch agents after a few years. Throughout our interactions, Rauls demeanor was often condescending, particularly in his dealings with my wife. When she would ask questions or seek clarification, Raul would frequently withhold answers or provide vague responses. However, when I asked the same questions, he would address them directly. This discrepancy in treatment between female and male clients felt dismissive and even sexist, which was disheartening and unprofessional. We did not choose Raul as our agent originally, and we ultimately could not continue with someone who did not treat both of us with equal respect. I hope he reflects on these interactions and considers the impact of his approach. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Raul as an agent to others based on our experience.
