1 /5 Galen Tong: AVOID. Do NOT use Kathi Dolan for any of your insurance needs. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. After she has your money you do not exist to her. She does not answer any phone calls, emails, or other communications related to your policy after she is done with you. She did not do what I or another client told her to do that was vital to our coverage. When we asked for help, we heard nothing back despite repeated attempts at communication. In effect, we were cut off and left to clean up the mess ourselves. Avoid.
