I did get an email saying she got the bad review and would look into improving. If this was my customer, I would immediately be on the phone. Jennifers crew handed me over to the claims department. They asked me to get ahold of the police report, which is their job. The claims department expected me to do all of the work and they still cant tell me where my $500 deposit is. They said it would take up to 2 months. It is over two months now and the claims department says its not their job, while Jennifers office says its not her job either. We just got a notice our insurance is going up and there have been NO accidents or tickets (except the one where a person hit my car and then disappeared in a parking lot - thus, the police report. The man was found and his insurance was billed.). Farmers is right there front and center when it comes to taking our money, but nowhere to be found if we need help with a claim. Its someone elses job. So after more than 20 years, we are exiting this company.
