1 /5 Briana Hernandez: Very disappointed in there customer service, I had asked for a quote for my business insurance before Dec. 25 and yet still have not received no updates or phone call from there office. I reached out 2 weeks later and the receptionists mentioned Israel should get back to me. Still to this day he has not reached out.
I have experience working at an insurance company and I know what its like to give good customer service. It should not take more than 2-3 weeks to get a quote on an existing policy, let alone give an update to your customer about what is going on. Another thing, it seems that Israel is the only one in charge of business policies. I would have not mind if another person from there office assisted in this request as well, but very disappointed. Glad I am cancelling my policy!
