M Professor Sonia Garcia at Lewis Insurance provided me with exceptional service! After being delayed by Allstate for over 2 weeks, I was desperate to get my new vehicle covered. I told Sonia about my issue, and she not only handled it before the end of the business day, she was able to get me better coverage at a better price than Allstate! After spending 20 years with Allstate and suffering through their bureaucracy, it was wonderful to finally feel valued by an agent. Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
