Bryan Barnes My wife and I have been going to this pawn shop for years! They have always given us the most money as possible for items, they once bought items from another pawn shop and took over the loan during a hard time, given extensions, they are all incredible! But most recently they did something I cannot believe- a misunderstanding about a jewelry repair “quote” turned into a repair accidentally, instead of charging us —— THEY COVERED ALL OF IT “on the house” !!!!!!!!! My wife’s ring hasn’t looked like this since the day she got it ! So blown away with how amazing JUM-PAWN-IT is … HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!! If I could give 500 stars I would! Thankyou for giving my wife her wedding ring back- to a ring she deserves! Immaculate & incredible - just like she is !

adriana trenado Love going to JC Penny and the little playground in the coddingtown mall located in front of JCPenny. They have the cleanest and most organized spots. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing. I always come here to JCPenny with my mom or on my own to buy clothes for my child. She loves it here. Thankyou I’m very appreciative.

jenn chab Coming to La Bijouterie was a healing experience, to say the least. We came to Set for a new beginning after a traumatic incident regarding our original ring. Last year, we had originally gone to our family jeweler (in LA) of 20 years to reset our ring for our 20th anniversary. He basically disappeared with our diamond, cash, and our trust. We were heartbroken over the 20 years of memories that were stolen from us, and my kind husband was so upset but he decided to save up for another diamond and surprised me with the option to reset our ring again. This time we did our research and found Set, who listened to our story and he treated us so kindly and compassionately. After just a few short weeks, we had designed the ring I had been dreaming of. When I went to see it for the first time I expected to have a few edits or corrections, but it was literally PERFECT. I had NOTHING I wanted to change and it was EXACTLY everything I wanted and more. Set himself was amazing to work with and he is so good at what he does (he always had a nonstop stream of clients every time we came in). I’m so so so happy we found Set and we are so glad he is now a part of our ring’s (and anniversary) story. I will be recommending Set to anyone and everyone.
