Movement My experience with Agent 2000 has always been amazing, but when I really realized just how good I had it was last month when I was getting ready for an outdoor fundraiser we had been working on for months and it was just days away. Out of nowhere I received a call from the city I was working with, that the City Attorney had rejected our liability insurance. As you can imagine it threw me into a panic. I called Laurie at Agent2000 and she put her magic to work. I don’t know what she did, or how she did it, I just know that she went head to head with them right up to the last minute and made our event happen for us. Chad Curtis Ryan Driscoll is the one person in our business that is consistently responsive and does what he says hes going to do. In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, Ill get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!
