When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all. When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. I was able to conveniently submit all necessary documents online, and I received the claims check in a timely manner.
