5 /5 Cotton Hearts Quilt Shop: Ive purchased event policies from Event Helper several times. It is a fast and thorough process. Certificates have always been provided promptly to the additional insureds. Thankfully, Ive never had to file a claim, so I cannot comment regarding their claims service. However, I did have to request a change to increase coverage, and Event Helper was easy to work with and fast to reply. The policies are explained well throughout the process, with access to the fine print of the policy to see what is and is not covered, prior to purchasing. Exclusions are pointed out and explained in laymans terms as well.

She and I had a few meetings leading up to the wedding and she addressed everything I had never thought of. She made all the other vendors very comfortable upon their arrival and the night went so smoothly with her running the show. Highly recommend.

5 /5 b sarv: Our party was excellent. The staff worked hard (Pete, Janet, Shannon, Brenda and I hope I didn’t miss anyone) to get everything right. They pulled it off without any issues. Food from Giuseppe’s was terrific. We got many compliments from our 50 guests and would definitely recommend FireOne for your event.
