Nyl Eikram This company has allowed a man using my identity to open multiple loan accounts and does absolutely nothing to help me when I call. The website refuses to let me submit a contact form, the email they tell you to message always comes back as a failure notice and I even asked for help on Facebook where instead of helping me they asked if I wanted a loan and continued to ignore me. Questionable company that does absolutely nothing to help when needed

Jennifer Errande The on-site notary at the Santa Monica Fidelity location, Brooke, was very helpful in completing the paperwork needed to grant me power of attorney over my aging fathers account, which he granted me years ago but I never filed the papers for. I need to say however, through no fault of the Santa Monica branch, Fidelity is very quick to place restrictions on the accounts of elderly people, which I find atrocious. As I get older, I will have to be sure to either keep up with rapidly changing technologies or transfer the management of my assets to one of my two technically savvy children. Sad, but thats how it appears the world is changing.

Hoss Cartwright I love this guy! Greg practically vibrates with energy and intelligence. Bob and all the others who work together at O’Donnell have been more than kind, have gone out of their way to help me; even with the uninformed questions I present to them. They have always returned my calls, even when I couldn’t answer. I am planning on having Greg and his team help me organize my retirement; because of this, I know financial worries should not be a part of my future. Thanks again Greg!
