Kalia Mitchell-Silbaugh I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I have received from the staff at the Monterey Fidelity branch. They have been readily available to help me with a variety of requests and have consistently gone above and beyond to provide expedited service. They are kind, helpful, patient, and welcoming. I particularly want to thank Aaron for spending over 45 minutes on the phone with me to answer all of my questions and support with document verification - he stayed on the phone with me until he was sure my request was fully resolved and that I had all the information I needed, and followed up to provide me with additional resources.

Long Family Would not recommend this bank for personal or business use!! Since opening this account nothing has gone smoothly. I couldnt even activate the card they sent me in the mail! Today my atm card was swallowed by an atm machine. Took over an hour to get a human on the phone and this required calling all four of their numbers. The only good thing they have going for them is the bank manager at the Center St location. Dont open an account here, save yourself now and check out other credit unions.
