5 /5 Thida Yang: I live in Arnold, but drive all the way past two El Dorados for the service at BofS. I needed to open business checking and savings accounts and had tried at El Dorado in Murphys (discriminatory and unprofessional) and in Arnold (mediocre, standoffish older lady in New accounts). I waste time at both of those bran hes before I figured Id try my luck all the way in Angels Camp and it was worth the drive. The team here is ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and very personable. Highly recommend this branch!

1 /5 Charlotte Miner: The Bank of Stockton has a horrible issue with racism and this branch is no different. We tried to do a simple task that wasnt available at the time, and the manager let us know when we went to go work around it at the tellers desk the manager forced her way in to the situation as if we were going to steal from the establishment or something worse, be black in public. We left to cool down, then went back in, and it was clear that she told the teller not to help us and only spoke to the aggressive manager because she claimed that she was "uncomfortable" with us. It was so clear that they wanted to do anything to avoid us doing business there.

1 /5 Jasmin Williams: Rude, disrespectful, couldn’t answer a simple question. Supervisor tried peering over my shoulder (as a costumer) while I was working with a teller, violating my rights to privacy. When asked her to step to the side, she refused and kept inserting herself in the conversation.

5 /5 home user: Perrhaps one of the best and professional banks I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always greet their customers (by name when possible). I was truly impressed with their level of communication and the speed of transacting with their personnel. Just a great place to do banking!
