She was nice and so thorough .It was past closing time and instead of rushing me out and shutting me down she still made sure I understood E V E R Y T H I N G and got the help I needed. A week or so after I called and she knew who I was and still was able to explain everything to me and with same great attitude. She didn’t seem annoyed she was very sweet and charismatic.
