During my first appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived early at 10:50 am and was promptly met by Elijah at 11:00 am sharp. His punctuality was impressive. When I arrived for the second appointment, I noticed him attentively assisting an elderly lady. After finishing, he walked her to the door, which shows how thoughtful and helpful he is.
