Jeremy Roberts I heard from others how great this credit union is, and I’m really glad I stopped by. Brenda helped me and was amazing — super quick, friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable right away. I’ve never had that kind of warm, personal experience at other banks. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and just had a great attitude overall. The whole vibe of the place is welcoming, and it really feels like they care. It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood that treats you like a person, not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jolynn Mann I am from Paradise CA., Our town destroyed from the Camp Fire. I got a pre payment loan and when the other check cashing place wanted to put a 10 day hold on it, I went to Humboldt Check Cashing and Cheryl was the best. She is a wonderful person who took the time to make some phone calls and she cared about my situation and was so understanding. She loves what she does and you can tell. Shes a special person. Stefani Re I switched to Savings bank of Mendocino, Lakeport recently and it’s been a breath of fresh air!! Banking there is made so easy, the online banking is so easy to use verses my prior bank. The ladies who work there are so sweet, Miranda is particular is always there when I need help!
