Nick Finney Amazing is an understatement. The Department of Social Services in Modoc County does the most amazing things for its community. Its astonishing the lengths theyll go to in order to help you, and your family. Theres NO judgement when you walk through their doors. They make you feel completely comfortable and confident with whatever situation you may be in. Everybody in this office is so welcoming, and helpful you cant go wrong with whatever program you need help with. From the bottom of our hearts my family appreciates, and is so thankful for everything the Department of Social Services in Modoc County has done for us. Thank you ALL.

Haylie Hernandez Came in without an appointment and waited about an hour as a walk in. The guard at the door remained kind and helpful to everyone walking in, I commend his patience for repeating himself so kindly so many times. The person who helped me at the window was very kind and helpful. Busy building but the system works efficiently with people who care.

Even though I have a very small amount of money to invest, Benito takes my account seriously and gives it the TLC it needs to grow and thrive. Gail DeLane Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didnt have an appointment and she generously helped me. Shes a branch manager so certainly she didnt have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it.
