1 /5 David Tidwell: Locked me out of my account over Christmas vacation due to one employee mistake. The manager was soooo sorry but called me hours later, after corporate Oak Valley involved themselves, to ask me to close my account. No good reason and plenty of BS. Yep, more liars not taking responsibilities! negative 5 stars
9/25 couple years gone by now....Eastern Sierra Bank and Oak Valley still losing customers! And, the new billboard isnt going to help. Ill never forget never forgive my christmas being hijacked by this crappy bank and mostly the pencil pusher liars at Oak Valley bank office. Hope it was worth it.
