Prior to today’s appointment, I had a phone consultation regarding Capital Gains taxes from the sale of a home. He assisted me in the preparation of the data he needed to prepare my returns. I found him easy to work with and actually enjoyed our appointment.

He was very patient in answering our questions before our appointment so we were well prepared. During our appointment, Ed was not only thorough, he was incredibly personable. We really enjoyed our conversation and learning more about his experience. He has very extensive tax experience and you can clearly see that he puts his customer first. He works with his customers to advise them on how they may need to pivot to get to 0 when it comes to tax season. I really appreciated his approach in breaking things down for us versus other “tax advisors” that I worked with that would barely speak and simply enter the data. We managed to work things out quickly to avoid all of my tax concerns when I was stiffed with a huge bill from the state, Im not only impressed with his knowledge, but he clearly cares and to make sure to address all of your concerns, Its good to know a tax guy who is more than capable of handling the things being thrown at him. He provides the sort of service I never received at any other tax preparer like h&r block, and has taking my concerns and put them at ease, with previous tax preparers I was running back and forth and being delayed for weeks, not a single delay and everything prepared the day He said it would be, nothing could be better!
