1 /5 Jack Hayes: Have been with this office at least a decade. I bought a new vehicle and traded in my old one. I just wanted to add the new and remove the old. Sent and email with new VIN and details. No response. Sent another email the next day, no response. Called and left messages, no response, called the Call center, was on for 10 minutes and they disconnected me. Called back again, they couldnt get through to his office. Sent another email saying I had to call another company as I needed insurance on my car, no response. Finally a week later I called the Call center again to check and see if they cancelled my policy, NOPE. She cancelled for me. Done with Allstate thanks to Dudley
